Looking to book a cook? I can be found assembling salads throughout the West.

  • Eastern Sierra, CA

    I live year round in Bishop, CA, and spend my summers packing in the High Sierra for Rock Creek Pack Station and its sister outfits, Cottonwood and Virginia Lakes.


    You can book a summer pack trip with me from June - September.

  • Northwest

    I work as a field technician in Eastern Washington in the fall and am always interested in gig work in Montana, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

  • Southwest

    I cook for several beginners backpacking trips with Carrot Quinn in Arizona each February. These are wonderful trips for novice backpackers and aspiring thru-hikers. 2026 dates will be posted soon.

    I’m always interested in gigs in Arizona and New Mexico in early Spring.

  • Bay area

    I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and visit several times a year. I love an excuse to cook on the coast and am available for events and private dinners.
