Cooking Services

I’m available for events, outdoor adventures, retreats, and private dinners.

I have a mobile outdoor kitchen, and experience in cooking for intimate dinner parties, 50 picky children, or groups of 15-25 outdoor adventurers.

You can book a custom pack trip in the Sierra with me from May - September, or join one of the Introduction to Backpacking trips in Arizona in February. I’m always interested in additional gig work.

My rates start at $250/day, depending on group size, location, and menu.

Outdoor Education 

I’ve worked as a guide, educator, and field biologist, and love sharing what I’ve learned through my work in the wilderness. I’ve worked extensively with young adults, but enjoy creating educational opportunities for both children and grown-ups. I’m always interested in partnering with other outdoor educators, please contact me if you’d like to collaborate.

Consulting

Need help creating a menu for an event? Interested in learning to cook in the backcountry? I have 13 years experience as a backcountry cook, most of which has entailed teaching others how to cook with confidence and skill. I can create custom menus to accommodate a plethora of dietary preferences, and am available for backcountry cooking classes.

Non-Profit Programs

I offer discounted and volunteer services for nonprofit programs, especially those serving young outdoors folks. If your mission statement aligns with my values, I am happy to negotiate rates that accommodate limited budgets, or volunteer my time, equipment, or recipes.
